On the heels of the Conrad Murray conviction, Janet Jackson honored brother Michael in South Africa at Johannesburg's Teatro at Montecasino arena.
The Control singer showed the Scream video, her duet with MJ for his disc, HIStory Past, Present, and Future, Book I on Friday.
But before her launch in Africa, Janet Jackson was in concert in Australia where she crowed to the crowd that she felt justice had been served in the case of her brother versus Conrad Murray.
Some fans are following Janet Jackson as the Rhythm Nation performer goes from city to city. These avid fans includes one German named Julia who told Reuters Television that she was there for the first leg of her South Africa concert, and that she would then fly to Cape Town to hear this Jackson sing.
This Janet Jackson tour, called Number Ones, is chock full of chart toppers, with a focus on special effects and this singer and her troupe's mesmerizing dance routines.
For this run, Janet Jacket will make stops in 35 cities, most likely honored her brother Michael as she moves from place to place. But that's not unusual. The two were very close, and, obviously, remain so even though MJ passed away more than two years ago.
