Will Chris Brown limit child support because his baby-mama gossips too much?

Team Breezy is leaking like a sieve and it couldn’t have happened to a
nicer guy. As we learned last week, Chris Brown is now the father to a
9-month old baby girl named Royalty Brown. The baby-mama is a sometime
hookup named Nia. Chris was obviously with Karrueche Tran at the time,
and Nia was married at the time she got knocked up with Royalty,
because Chris Brown’s life is an episode of Maury. This whole
time, I’ve been sort of wondering why we’re finding out about this baby
right now. My half-assed theory (I didn’t give it a lot of thought) was
that Nia probably leaked/sold the information to TMZ. Guess what?

Chris Brown is headed for family court, where his baby
mama is now in danger of raking in a lot less in child support because
of her big mouth. Sources connected with Brown tell TMZ … the singer
didn’t know he was the father of 9-month-old Royalty until last month,
when Nia Guzman dropped the news. We’re told Chris quickly made a deal
with her where he would pay monthly child support.

Our sources say Chris is forking out substantially more than he’d be
required to pay if a judge ordered formal child support. There’s a scale
on how much a parent pays, based largely on income. We’re told Chris
upped that amount and in return demanded that she keep her lips sealed.
We know Chris now believes Nia has been leaking stories and talking
about their relationship. As a result, our sources say his lawyers are
now preparing legal docs, in which he will ask a judge for an order
requiring him to pay child support. It sounds strange, but he’ll pay
less than he does now.

You gotta love TMZ’s unapologetic inside track on this. TMZ pays Nia
for information, photos, details and a timeline, Team Breezy blows up
and freaks out and Nia leaks that info to TMZ, so now she and TMZ are
now working together to make Chris look like a guy who will not fully
financially support his kid (because she leaks to TMZ).

And here’s something else I love: Karrueche Tran is using the same GD
playbook. As soon as the news came out about Royalty Brown, Karrueche
has been leaking information all over the place, wanting everyone to
know that SHE dumped HIM, that she’s moving on, that she’s totally done and that Chris is blowing up her phone trying to get back with her. And TMZ also got a suspicious tip
(totally from Karrueche) that Chris and Karrueche had been talking
about getting married and having a baby together for a while. TMZ’s
sources (Tran) say that Chris begged her to have a baby with him but she
wanted to get married first and he wouldn’t propose.

canceled a New Year's Eve concert in the Philippines at the last
minute, reportedly because of a lost passport, organizers said Wednesday
(Dec. 31).

Brown tweeted that "Due to unfortunate circumstances I can't bring in the new year with you..."


The organizers, Maligaya Development Corp., said they were informed
by Brown's local representatives Wednesday afternoon that he was still
in Los Angeles.


"According to them, Chris Brown lost his passport the day before the
scheduled event," it said in a statement. "Hence despite having entered
into a contract with us, Chris Brown would not be able to comply with
his obligation to perform."


Brown was set to perform along with other musical acts at the
55,000-seat Philippine Arena in the New Year's Eve concert, which also
featured a fireworks show.

Media reports said Brown–who was supposed to be the show’s biggest
draw–informed the organizers that he lost his passport and could not fly

He said he was also disappointed, especially since the Philippine
Arena, recently opened in Bocaue, Bulacan, “is one of the best arenas in
the world.”


Nevertheless, he said he will be in Manila in Spring, which begins in March in the United States.


While Brown is already out of the lineup, the countdown will still
feature performances from Bamboo, Sam Concepcion and Enrique Gil, among
others.

Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran Engagement Rumors Swirl After She Posts This Cryptic Photo

Well that didn't take long…

After Karrueche Tran posting a shot of her hand (her right hand, might we add) wearing two massive diamond rings, people immediately rushed to the conclusion that she was trying to hint that she and Chris Brown were engaged.

The two, who are notoriously off-and-on, have landed in the headlines recently for their back-and-forth drama on social media.

In early December Brown took to Twitter to publically trash Tran and announce that he was single.

She then posted a photo of herself on Instagram,
writing, "Once you find strength within yourself, it's hard to allow
any type of bs around you. I refuse to be repeatedly mistreated,
especially by someone who claims to love me. That's not love. And if
that's what you define as love then I don't want it."

And it was only a matter of time before he came back with a wordy apology, backtracking on his original war of words.

"Being
young and dumb is one of my strong suits and emotional at best," the
"Love More" singer, 25, explained. "I love hard and react impulsively
when I'm hurt at times. I don't think social media is a place to air out
or hash out personal problems and a n---a feel hella WACK for doing
it."

He added, "So I AM APOLOGIZING I live in a glass house and the
same s--t that makes me great also is my curse," the temperamental
musician added. "Everybody know I love that girl. I don't care how my
image look to the public because I'm still gonna be the best at what I
do. I just want baby girl to know I apologize!"

Guess we'll have to wait and see if the bling is really what people are speculating…

Chris Brown gave some words of advice to Ray Rice, who was recently involved in domestic violence issue, in an interview with MTV News
on Thursday, September 11. Chris told Sway Calloway, "To Ray, or
anybody else - because I'm not better than the next man - I can just say
I've been down that road. I deal with situations and I've made my
mistakes too, but it's all about how you push forward and how you
control yourself."
The 25-year-old rapper, who was sentenced to
five-year probation and 1,400 hours of community service for assaulting
his then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009, said, "I think it's all about the choices you make. With me, I
deal with a lot of anger issues from my past - not knowing how to express myself verbally and at the same time not knowing how to cope with my emotions and deal with them and understand what they are."
"So I think help is great," the "Loyal" singer added, "I still talk to my therapist twice a week, and it helps me to... if I'm frustrated and I'm dealing with something, to vent and say what I'm going through so I can hear from an actual clinical person, 'this is how you should react,' or
'it's good to feel this way because feelings, emotions, and energy are supposed to come and go. It's not supposed to stay there, you're not supposed to keep it inside, because it'll bottle up and you'll become a monster.' "
Chris then went on saying of his own experience, "For me, dealing with my anger issues and understanding myself and the life I've been through, where I'm headed and where I want to be has
helped me focus on what's really important and not F up. For anybody who's going through that situation or anybody who's dealing with it - it's all about the choices. Every situation is different but it's all about the choices you make and how you control your anger."
Ray got cut by The Baltimore Ravens and suspended by NFL after a video of him
attacking his then-fiancee Janay Palmer emerged online. Both Ray and Janay have commented on the issue. Ray told ESPN in a statement that he and his now-wifewould "support each other." Janay also supported his husband by slamming the media in an instagram post, saying, "THIS IS OUR LIFE!"

Singer Chris Brown 'shot at' during LA nightclub party

Music producer Suge Knight has been injured during a shooting at an
awards show party at a Los Angeles nightclub hosted by singer Chris
Brown, it has been reported.

Witnesses said 25-year-old singer,
who is still on parole following his recent release from jail, had been
the target of shots fired at the 1oak club in West Hollywood.

Brown
was thought to be unhurt, but three other victims - among them Death
Row Records founder Knight, 49, were taken to the city's Cedars Sinai
hospital where one of them was said to be in a critical condition.

The nature of his injuries were unknown.

She added: 'Prayers to all those harmed by this. Honestly still in disbelief this happened.'

Rihanna attended a Roc Nation charity basketball game on Thursday evening at
the Barclays Center in New York City, and when her ex-boyfriend Chris
Brown made a surprise appearance on the court, she didn't even flinch --
in fact, she totally stared him down! No one's got a stink eye like Bad
Gal RiRi ... and you know she's thinking to herself how stupid his

Chris Brown Sentenced To 90 Days Of Rehab....What's New?

Chris Brown is headed back to rehab.
On Wednesday (November 20), a Los Angeles judge sentenced the singer to 90 days in a court-approved treatment facility for anger-management issues. The ruling came during a probation violation hearing stemming from the 2009 assault on then-girlfriend Rihanna , the Associated Press reports . (The singer still faces a possible violation charge after prosecutors said he did not perform his community service.)
Brown had entered a rehab facility in early October after he was arrested on an assault charge in Washington, D.C. after a 20-year-old man accused Brown of punching him in the face outside his tour bus. Brown was released just two weeks later . According to a probation report obtained by The Los Angeles Times, he was kicked out of rehab after he reportedly threw a rock in his mother's window when she told her son he wanted her to stay in rehab.
Brown will also reportedly be required to submit to random drug testing and to take doctor-prescribed medication, according to L.A.'s KTLA.
While Brown has been instructed not to leave Los Angeles, Judge James R. Brandlin said on Wednesday said that Brown would be allowed to travel for the D.C. hearing for his October arrest if necessary.
Earlier this week, Breezy dropped his X Files mixtape , the cover of which features a cartoon version singer in a white straightjacket . Brown has not yet set a date for his sixth studio album, X.

Obama warns China against ‘coercion’ at sea

US President Barack Obama warned China on Thursday against the using force or intimidation in its tense maritime disputes with its neighbors and urged a peaceful resolution.

Obama, meeting Chinese officials who were in Washington for wide-ranging talks, “urged China to manage its maritime disputes with its neighbors peacefully, without the use of intimidation or coercion,” a White House statement said.

Tensions have steadily risen between China and Japan, which accuses its growing neighbor of sending an increasing number of ships to exert its claim over sparsely populated islands managed by Tokyo in the East China Sea.

The Philippines and Vietnam have also charged that China has used assertive means to exert claims in the conflict-riven South China Sea, although tensions have abated slightly with Hanoi in recent weeks.

State Councilor Yang Jiechi, addressing a press event at the end of the two days of talks, said that China supported “freedom of navigation in all oceans” and “will continue to firmly implement its policy.”

The United States since 2010 has repeatedly been outspoken over the South China Sea, saying that it has a national interest in ensuring freedom of navigation but does not take sides on individual claims.

With an eye on the tensions, the United States has boosted military cooperation with Japan and the Philippines — which are both treaty-bound allies — as well as with former war adversary Vietnam.

Poor, poor Chris Brown.

After Los Angeles prosecutors yesterday raised serious questions about whether he has performed court-ordered community service, the singer whined on Instagram that, “Im wise I can handle the hate but enough is enough, yo!!”

Brown continued, “Im a human being and I honestly think I deserve respect Im sick of being accused ... Im tired yall Just don't understand Ive been going through this shit since I was 19 years old.. you cant sit here and tell me to calm down, when am I gonna get a positive outcome out of anything I do?” He added, “A day in my shoes is a day in hell, believe it or not!”

The 23-year-old performer, of course, has been under siege since he beat the crap out of Rihanna. So every time Brown goes into his “woe is me” act, it is helpful to recall the results of his February 2009 handiwork inside a rented Lamborghini.

Frank Ocean Brawl Could Impact Chris Brown’s Probation

 

Briusin’ Breezy is brawling again and that could be disastrous news for the singer’s probation status.

 

Grammy nominee Frank Ocean wants to press charges against Chris Brown following their knockdown, drag-out in a Los Angeles on Sunday night. The fight was reportedly sparked after the “Turn Up The Music” singer accused Frank of blocking his car at Westlake Recording Studios.

According to TMZ sources, Chris threw the first punch, cold-cocking Ocean after he disrespected the fellow singer in front of his boys. Chris fled the scene after the apparent incident, while Frank stayed on the scene to speak to officers who arrived. He took to Twitter shortly after the brawl to say he was jumped by Chris and claims his hand injury may affect his live performance at the Grammy Awards next month.

The Los Angeles Police Department has released a statement on their inquiry:

“West Hollywood Station deputies are investigating allegations that Chris Brown assaulted an unnamed victim. Deputies responded to a call of six males fighting at the 7200 block of Santa Monica Boulevard, West Hollywood. Upon their arrival, deputies talked to witnesses who stated that Chris Brown and the victim were involved in an altercation over a parking space. The altercation allegedly led to Chris Brown punching the victim. After a brief fight, the parties were separated. Chris Brown and his entourage left the location prior to the arrival of deputies. The investigation is on-going and investigators will contact Chris Brown at a later time.”

On Monday, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s spokesman Steve Whitmore told Reuters that Ocean “is desirous of prosecution in this incident,” which could have serious implications for Brown’s five-year term of probation. Brown pleaded guilty to assaulting and threatening his then-girlfriend Rihanna during a heated argument in a car in February 2009.

He was placed on five years probation and ordered to complete community service. Brown has one more year of probation left to serve from the highly-sensational incident, but this new brawl with Ocean could see him in hot water again.

In June 2012, Chris and rapper Drake were involved in an altercation at a New York nightclub, which left eight people injured; including San Antonio Spurs star Tony Parker. No arrests were made.

Is Rihanna Pregnant With Chris Brown’s Baby? EW!

 

A heads-up from one of our readers via ONTD:

A Twitter post by Chris Brown on 19 January captioned “LOL” along with a picture of him wearing a T-shirt with ‘You Are The Father’ on the front has sent the rumour mill into overdrive about whether Chris and RiRi are expecting a baby. OMG!

Just seconds after the tweet, one of Chris’ followers piped up, “Is this subliminal for telling the world that Rihanna is pregnant?” And the plot thickened when RiRi was papped meeting up with Chris late on 18 January after a night out, during which she wasn’t spotted drinking. Mysterious and extremely out of character! (LOL)

Can you imagine if these two had a child? Hell, can you imagine if these two even adopted an animal together? The poor, poor -child/animal. What an awful, deprived life it would live. The thing would never be fed, would always have to be rocked to sleep hearing sad strains of “Umbrella … ella … ella …” This would be a botched job, that’s for damn sure.

Let’s just hope that this photo—a photo that she posted on Instagram just last night—is a true indicator, and the answer to the question in this post’s title would be ‘no’:

Seth Rogen Mocks Chris Brown at Independent Spirit Awards

When Seth Rogen took the podium at the Independent Spirit Awards last weekend, everyone was expecting him to use Hollywood’s most irreverent awards ceremony as a forum for teeing off on some of the entertainment industry’s best and brightest. Well, he did just that, taking aim at a long list of celebrities that included Brett Ratner, Mel Gibson, and everyone’s favorite Twitter celebrity, Chris Brown.

Rogen unloaded on Ratner and Brown during the same joke, delivered during his monologue. Riffing on the way Ratner was ousted as the producer of this year’s Oscar ceremony (after he made some ill-advised comments about the sexual preferences of those who value the rehearsal process), Rogen quipped, “I honestly bet, though, that Brett Ratner really wishes he was organizing the Grammys, because they seem much more forgiving than the Oscars altogether.”

He went on to explain what he meant by that, pointing out that Brown’s recent Grammy performance came after his arrest for assaulting Rihanna: “Seriously, if you say a few hateful things, they don’t let you within 100 feet of the Oscars. You could literally beat the s— out of a nominee and they ask you to perform twice at the Grammys.”

Rogen’s monologue comes during a wave of bad press for Brown, who has been busy battling Twitter users, anonymous rumors, and allegations of theft while enjoying some of the busiest times (and highest-profile performances) of his career. In fact, all the negative PR doesn’t seem to be having much of an impact on his album sales these days. Perhaps there really is no such thing as bad publicity?

Chris Brown has been accused of grabbing a woman's phone outside a nightclub in Miami and driving off with it, and if he's charged for the crime, he may get sent back to the slammer!

A rep for the Miami Beach Police Department confirmed that 24-year-old Christal Spann filed a police report on Sunday for robbery after Brown reached out the window of his Bentley and took her iPhone.

Spann says she had followed Chris and fellow rapper Tyga out of Cameo nightclub and took a picture, at which point he flipped out and snatched the phone, yelling, "B*tch, you ain't going to put that on no website."

A rep for the police department tells TMZ that no arrests have been made and no warrant has been issued yet, but if he is arrested, he could face jail time for violating his probation. Looks like those anger management classes aren't working so well!

Maybe some time in the pokey is what he needs to shape up? Poke poke...
