Katy Perry's latest single, "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.)" is flying up the charts fast, and if it hits No. 1, Perry will become the second act -- and first woman -- to get five No. 1 hits from one album in the Billboard Hot 100's history.
The only other artist to do so? Michael Jackson.
Wowza! That's one powerful Perry!
The other No. 1 tunes off of her Teenage Dream album include "Teenage Dream," "California Gurls," "Firework" and "E.T."
Off of his 1987 album Bad, MJ had "I Just Can't Stop Loving You," "Bad," "The Way You Make Me Feel," "Man in the Mirror" and "Dirty Diana."
Katy's career is insane right now! See what other records she just broke after the jump!
Katy's becoming quite the little record-breaker! She recently became the only artist with five 4-million-selling downloads, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Lady Gaga is next in line with three.
The tunes include "E.T.," "Hot N Cold," "Firework," "I Kissed a Girl," and "California Gurls."
"E.T." also became the top-selling download of 2011 as of the week ending in May 1 -- it took the spot from Cee Lo Green's "Forget You (F**k You)."
What do you think? Are you proud of Katy for matching Michael Jackson's record?

It is a disgrace to Michael Jackson that this no talent hag is close to his record. ARe you kidding me? Why for having shown the world your T&A everytime you get the chance. Michael is turning over in his grave now.
