Just when you thought he was Half Past Dead… Ja Rule made his unexpected Fast & Furious return to the world of the free!!!
The 37-year-old rapper was released from Ray Brook Federal Prison today after successfully serving out his sentences for tax evasion and illegally possessing a gun, even though he originally wasn't even supposed to go free until July!
Sources close to the situation say the man also known as Jeffrey Atkins isn't completely off the hook just yet! The I'm Real rapper will remain under house arrest until July 28th!!
Nevertheless, Ja must be super stoked to be free at last!!
He can eat whatever he wants! Stay up late! Walk around in the yard for more than an hour! He doesn't even need to ask permission from the warden to get a conjugal visit with his wifey!!
Ja was sentenced to two years in prison in 2010, after cops found a semi-automatic handgun in his sports car, and 28 months behind bars back in 2011 for tax evasion.
