Janet Jackson has reportedly given up her music career to move to the Middle East with her millionaire husband Wissam Al Mana.
"She's gone. She married a billionaire," an insider told Showbiz 411.
"They've got houses in three countries. She's spending time in the Middle East. She's become a Muslim."
The pair who started dating in 2010 were wed in secret last year, with Janet revealing the details to Entertainment Tonight in February.
"Last year we were married in a quiet, private, and beautiful ceremony," Janet said in a statement to ET.
"Our wedding gifts to one another were contributions to our respective favourite children's charities.
"We would appreciate that our privacy is respected and that we are allowed this time for celebration and joy. With love, Wissam and Janet."
Wissam is Janet's third husband. She was married briefly to James DeBarge in the '80s and Réne Elizondo in the '90s.
The successful 46-year-old recording artist has a discography of ten albums and has made various on screen appearances, such as Poetic Justice and Nutty Professor 2: The Klumps.
