11.13amNews coming in from hospitals in Denver with a spokeswoman for Swedish Hospital said they went on alert at 1:15 a.m. and began calling in extra staff. Swedish Hospital received three patients, all of them with gunshot wounds. Two patients were in surgery as of 4am. Those victims are a 20-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man. The third victim was treated and released.

10.30amPolice confirm one suspect is in custody. He was detained near to a car behind the movie theatre and found to be carrying a gas mask, rifle and handgun. Police added that there is currently "no evidence" of a second gunman but are "concerned" and trying to obtain more information.
