Jason Derulo Has Nice Arms and He Isn’t Afraid to Show Them off. Here’s a Picture Looking HOT in Las Vegas

Jason Derulo showed off his beefy arms when he hosted the Rehab Pool and Dayclub in Las Vegas on July 20, 2014.

Jason Derulo Hosts Rehab Pool and Dayclub in Las Vegas on July 20, 2014
Jason had one of the biggest urban/pop hits in “Talk Dirty,” received
tons of airplay on urban radio, but when it came to the 2014 BET
Awards, he received no love for his body of work.

In a recent interview with Pacific Rim Video host Chris Trondsen,
during “So You Think You Can Dance,” the hit-maker admits he doesn’t
“understand” why he gets no love from a network he grew up watching.

“Honestly, in that world, for sure man, hands down…When you see all
these other shows, when you see the VMAs, when you see the AMAs, and you
see what happens on those shows, for that world [BET] to still be
behind, like I don’t understand it,” states Derulo in the below clip.
“I’m almost done with it to be honest with you. I’m not going to
continue to extend myself if they’re not going to extend back. I love
BET, I grew up watching it, but I’ma do what I do, and I’m not going to
change it for anybody; the color of my skin is not gonna change either.
It is what it is!”

New 'Star Wars: Episode VII' Charity Video Shows 'Real' X-Wing

What's This?
The Force is getting real. Just two months after Star Wars director J.J. Abrams gave fans a tantalizing glimpse of the Episode VII set, props and creatures, he's back with another charity pitch and
glimpse at the practical hardware that will appear in the 2015 film.

In the video posted on Monday, Abrams shows off the Star Wars gear for a good cause: Force for Change, UNICEF's initiative with Lucas Films and Disney. As in the previous charity video,
Abrams teases the audience with a first look at the film's props and
hardware. But this time, it's for a new X-Wing fighter sitting on the Star Wars: Episode VII set in England.

SWVIIX-WingFull
The real X-Wing on the set of Star Wars Episode VII.
It's the same kind of space ship Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope
hero Luke Skywalker flew. It looks dirtier and more beat up than any of
the X-Wings in the original trilogy, but that surely won’t matter to
fans. During the short video, a pilot dressed in the familiar white
helmet and orange suit climbs aboard.

The decision to use so many real props (as opposed to computer-generated ones), will surely please Star Wars purists
The decision to use so many real props (as opposed to computer-generated ones), will surely please Star Wars purists who recall the original films' extensive use of practical effects.
According to Abrams, people from more than 119 countries have already
donated more than $1 million. Of course, it's not all altruism.
Participants enter for a chance to visit the set and appear in the new Star Wars film when they donate.

With one week to go, Abrams is raising the stakes and offering the
chance for a private screening of the new film — before it hits theaters
— in the winner's home town.

If you're worried that Abrams will stop sharing details once the
charity promotion ends, don't. The lens-flare-loving director has been
regularly sharing (and leaking) photos on Instagram and Twitter; we expect this to continue until the eagerly-anticipated film hits theaters in 2015.

Passengers of Malaysia Airlines Have Time to Revise or Cancel a Flight Without Penalty

The fact that no one is placing blame on Malaysia Airlines for what happened to MH17 last week is not stopping the airline from offering full refunds to those who wish to cancel their future flights.

Passengers have until Thursday, July 24th, to make adjustments to their
itineraries without a change fee, and even get reimbursed for a
non-refundable ticket. The offer applies to flights scheduled now
through the end of the calendar year.

We think the move deserves a hat tip. After the disappearance of MH370, we were critical of the way the situation was handled,
but supportive of how Malaysia Airlines runs its business otherwise.
Despite the unbelievable events of the two incidents, we found that the airline did a lot of things right on a day-to-day basis.
Looks like Malaysia Airlines is learning from its mistakes, and have
made a classy move here in this utmost display of customer service.

If you have a ticket but feel like you need some time before you fly
again, call the MH Global Call Center at 1-300-88-3000. Remember, all
changes must be made by this Thursday, July 24th.

Marvel Not Changing 'Captain America 3' Release Date Despite 'Batman v Superman' Face-Off

Marvel Not Changing 'Captain America 3' Release Date Despite 'Batman v Superman' Face-OffIt has been three months since both Marvel Studios announced that its "Captain America 3" would be released on May 6, 2016 against Warner Bros' "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice". If one of them is going to back out of the competition, it's not going to be Marvel Studios.

"I
continue to be all for quality entertainment for moviegoers to enjoy on
weekends," the studio head Kevin Feige told Empire. "If it is on the
same weekend, I enjoy it slightly less. But we are doing what we've
always done, which is sticking to our plan and sticking to our vision
for the movies going forward and we have a very large vision that we're
working on for 'Cap 3' and for all the threes movies and just because
another movie plops down onto one of ours, doesn't mean we are going to
alter that. Maybe we should, but we're not going to."

It was WB
that secured the date first after moving it from July 17, 2015. "It
doesn't make a lot of sense for two huge superhero films to open on the
same date but there is a lot of time between now and 5/6/16," Dan
Fellman, president of domestic distribution for WB said back in April.
"However at this time, we are not considering a change of date for
'Batman vs. Superman'."

"Captain America" star Chris Evans
called the face-off such a shame. "It's not really fair. Superman would
beat everyone really, wouldn't he? What can't he do? [Superman] can
turn back time. So even if he loses, he'll just try it again," the actor
said. His co-star Sebastian Stan chimed in, "All you have to do to know the answer to that question is look at the track record of Marvel versus DC."

"Captain
America 3" is directed by Anthony Russo and Joe Russo. The franchise's
second installment had a $95 million debut earlier this year and has
earned $712.7 million worldwide so far. Meanwhile, "Batman v Superman"
is directed by Zack Snyder who also directed 2013's "Man of Steel". It debuted to a staggering $116.6 million and went on collecting $668 worldwide.

Pilots' group president says MH17 shot down after attempt to avoid storms

Malaysia
Airlines flight MH17 was guided off its most recently used course as
its pilots hoped to avoid thunderstorms brewing in the south of Ukraine, it has been claimed.

When
it was shot down, the doomed jet was many miles north of the flight
paths it had used on previous days to Kuala Lumpur from Amsterdam's
Schiphol airport.

Nico Voorbach, a pilot who flew the same journey
earlier this summer for KLM, and who is president of the European
Cockpit Association, said poor weather might have been the reason why
flight MH17 found itself in the sights of a surface-to-air missile
launcher. The aircraft was shot down in the separatist Donetsk region of
east Ukraine.

Voorbach said: "I heard that they were diverting
from some showers. I think there were thunderclouds. You would ask air
traffic control to divert left or right, and they would give you the
permission."

It also emerged that flight MH17 had initially filed a
flight plan requesting to fly at 35,000ft above Ukrainian territory. On
entering Ukrainian airspace, however, the plane's pilots were
instructed to fly at 33,000ft by the local air traffic control due to
other traffic. Malaysia Airlines said the pilots had to follow the lead
of the local authorities.

Malaysia's transport minister, Datuk
Seri Liow Tiong Lai, told a press conference: "MH17's flight path was a
busy major airway, like a highway in the sky. It followed a route which
was set out by the international aviation authorities, approved by
Eurocontrol, and used by hundreds of other aircraft.

"MH17 flew at
an altitude that was set and deemed safe by local air traffic control,
and it never strayed into restricted airspace. The flight and its
operators followed the rules. But on the ground, the rules of war were
broken."

In response to claims that weather led to MH17 changing
its flight plan, Malaysia Airlines director of operations Izham Ismail
said that it had no reports from the pilot to suggest that this was the
case. The airline has been keen to stress that after the International
Civil Aviation Organisation in April identified an area over the Crimea
peninsula as risky, its aircraft had "at no point" flown into or
requested to fly into the area. The tragedy has, however, raised
questions over the wisdom of commercial airlines continuing to fly over
conflict zones.

Airlines currently take their cue on risk from
national governments, who are responsible for the airspace over their
territories, although states have an interest in keeping flight paths
open because they are able to collect overflight fees.

The UK
Civil Aviation Authority recently urged UK-based airlines not to fly
over a wide area near the Crimea, Black Sea and Sea of Azov, and several
airlines, including British Airways, have followed that advice.

Others,
however, had been continuing to use the route, which is one of the
"aerial motorways" between northern Europe and south Asia. Malaysia
Airlines was one of more than a dozen that flew the route on Thursday.
Its flight MH17 was only a few miles from an Air India Boeing 787 and a
Singapore Airlines 777 when it was shot down. The only restriction
placed on the route by the Ukrainian government was that aircraft must
remain above 32,000ft.

Voorbach said that the European Cockpit
Association, which represents 38,000 pilots at the EU level, would
discuss the possibility of more rigorous rules this week at its next
board meeting. He added that there might now be an argument for a total
ban on flying over conflict zones, but that the repercussions of such a
change, including longer flight times and extra costs to airlines, could
be huge for the aviation industry.

He said: "Do we stop planes
flying over Israel, for example? Looking across the world, stopping
flights over conflict zones would add a huge burden to the aviation
industry. We need to see what the inquiry into the disaster discovers. I
just hope that politics does not get in the way of the inquiry."

Since the crash, all airspace in eastern Ukraine has been closed.

Cameron tells Putin shooting down of MH17 was 'unacceptable'

Anger grows in EU and leaders prepare fresh sanctions against Moscow as separatists obstruct access to crash site
David Cameron

long it took Vladimir Putin to respond to his request for a
conversation. Photograph: Max Nash/PA
David Cameron expressed anger about the shooting down of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 in a telephone conversation with Vladimir Putin on Sunday as EU leaders started preparing fresh sanctions against Moscow for its alleged role in the attack.

Ten
Britons died when flight MH17 was shot down with a missile on Thursday
and sources indicated that Cameron was furious that it took the Russian
president three days to respond to his request for a telephone
conversation.

The US secretary of state, John Kerry, made the clearest accusation against Russia to date over its involvement in the missile attack, which killed 298 people.

"We
have enormous input about this that points fingers," Kerry told CNN.
"It is pretty clear that this was a system from Russia, transferred to
separatists. We know with confidence that the Ukrainians did not have
such a system anywhere near the vicinity at that point of time."

He
said satellite imagery showed that "at the moment of the shootdown we
detected a launch from that area. Our trajectory shows that it went to
the aircraft."

Kerry added that video evidence showed a Buk missile launcher,
the anti-aircraft weapon believed to have hit the airliner, being
driven over the Russian border after the attack, with at least one of
its missiles missing.

After the call between Cameron and Putin,
Downing Street said: "The prime minister spoke to President Putin this
evening and made clear that the shooting down of MH17 was totally
unacceptable. The evidence suggested that pro-Russian separatists were
responsible and the prime minister made clear that if Russia wants to
put the blame elsewhere they would need to present compelling and
credible evidence.

"The PM made clear that our priority is to get
experts to the crash site so they can recover and repatriate the victims
and collect any evidence necessary for the investigation. The PM
emphasised that the families of 298 individuals need to know that
everything is being done to make this happen and called on President
Putin to use his influence on the pro-Russian separatists to ensure this
happens. The delay and restrictions so far were completely unacceptable
and indefensible."

There is mounting fury in the EU – and more widely – that crucial evidence is being removed and the bodies of the dead are being allowed to decompose because the separatists and their Russian allies are obstructing a full, independent investigation.

Earlier,
Cameron, who will make a statement to MPs about the crisis , spoke to
the Angela Merkel, the German chancellor, and François Hollande, the
French president. The three leaders agreed that "the EU must reconsider
its approach to Russia" and that EU foreign ministers would consider
further sanctions at a meeting on Tuesday, No 10 said.

A
government source said the French and German position on sanctions had
shifted since last week. "They are all very clear that a plane has been
shot out of the sky and that all the evidence points to it being the
work of Russian separatists, and that therefore the EU should impose
further measures," the source said.

In an interview on the BBC's
the World this Weekend, Philip Hammond, the new foreign secretary, said a
range of measures would be considered.

"Arms sales is something
we need to look at," he said. "An investment ban on investment in the
Crimea, sending a clear signal that we will not tolerate the illegal
annexation of Crimea, broadening the number of individuals who are
subject to sanctions to include the so-called 'crony group' around
President Putin."

Monitors from the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe, who have been in eastern Ukraine
to observe the conflict between government and rebel forces, have been
allowed on the scene, a few miles east of Donetsk, but specialist air
crash investigators from around the world were still in Kiev on Sunday
night, awaiting guarantees of safe passage to the site.

Dianne
Feinstein, the head of the Senate foreign relations committee in the US,
said: "The nexus between Russia and the separatists has been
established very clearly." In a direct and personal challenge to the
Russian premier, she added: "So the issue is, where is Putin? I would
say, Putin you have to man up. You have to say this was a mistake, which
I hope it was."

The Ukrainian president, Petro Poroshenko, spent
the day calling western leaders to ask them to list the main rebel
organisation in the east of the country, the Donetsk People's Republic
(DNR), as a terrorist organisation, which would mean that any country
providing support would risk being sanctioned as a state sponsor of
terrorism.

In a conversation with Hollande, Poroshenko said the
downing of MH17 was comparable with terrorist attacks by al-Qaida and
the 1988 bombing of Pan Am flight 103.

The EU has already imposed
sanctions on 72 people – both Ukrainian and Russian nationals – and two
organisations for violating Ukrainian territorial integrity. One of
those on the list is Igor Strelkov, the DNR's "defence minister", who
Ukraine says is a serving officer in Russian military intelligence named
Igor Girkin.

The toughest line at Tuesday's foreign ministers
meeting in Brussels is likely to come from the British and French, but
most of all from the Dutch, who have lost 192 of their citizens.

The
UN security council was last night considering a draft resolution to
condemn the shooting down of the plane, demand armed groups allow
unfettered access to the crash site, and call on states in the region to
cooperate with an investigation.

Australia despatched its foreign
minister, Julie Bishop, to New York to push for a UN Security Council
resolution. It is unclear whether Russia intends to veto it.

Australia
– which lost 28 citizens – circulated a draft text to the 15-member
security council and UN diplomats said it could be put to a vote as
early as Monday.

The draft resolution "condemns in the strongest
terms the shooting down of Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 ... resulting
in the tragic loss of 298 lives" and demands those responsible "be held
to account and that all states cooperate fully with efforts to establish
accountability".

It "expresses grave concern at reports of
insufficient and limited access to the crash site and of tampering with
evidence related to the incident" and demands "armed groups in control
of the crash site and the surrounding area refrain from any actions that
may compromise the integrity of the crash site and immediately provide
safe, secure, full and unfettered access."

Australia's prime
minister, Tony Abbott, said that Bishop would stay at the UN "for as
long as she needs to be" to get investigators access to the black box,
the debris and witnesses.

"We owe it to the dead, all the dead, we
owe it to the families, all the families to do everything in our power
to respect the bodies, to find the truth and to ensure justice is done,"
Abbott said in a television interview.

China sends spy ship off Hawaii during U.S.-led drills

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - China
has sent a spy ship to international waters off of Hawaii during a
giant U.S.-led naval exercise involving 22 countries, even as Beijing
participates in the drills for the first time this year, the U.S. Navy
said on Sunday.

A U.S. Marine Corps amphibious assault vehicle charges through the surf at the Marine Corps Base Hawaii during the multi-national military exercise RIMPAC in Kaneohe, Hawaii, July 9, 2014. REUTERS/Hugh Gentry

The Navy plaed down any U.S. intelligence risk associated with the proximity of the Chinese surveillance vessel and noted that China also sent a similar ship to monitor the last Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) exercise two years ago.

"We've
taken all necessary precautions to protect our critical information,"
said Captain Darryn James, chief spokesman of the U.S. Pacific Fleet.

"We
expect this ship will remain outside of U.S. territorial seas and not
operate in a manner that disrupts the ongoing Rim of the Pacific
maritime exercise."

There was no immediate comment from Beijing.

U.S.
officials hope China's participation in RIMPAC helps avert
misunderstandings on the high seas but analysts long cautioned the
maneuvers may ultimately help Beijing strengthen its growing naval
capability by observing the forces of the United States and its allies.

Still,
the United States also conducts surveillance operations in
international waters and airspace and the Navy did not voice protest
over the appearance of the Chinese vessel, described as a Chinese Navy
auxiliary general intelligence ship.

Even though the vessel was
inside America's 200-nautical mile exclusive economic zone, it was
operating within international law, James said.

Still, James said he was unaware of any participant doing something similar since the drills began in 1971.

"To
my knowledge, this is the first time a nation has ever sent a
surveillance ship near Hawaii while also having invited ships
participating in the RIMPAC exercise," James said.

The Chinese
ships participating in the drills are the missile destroyer Haikou, the
missile frigate Yueyang, the supply ship Qiandaohu and the hospital ship
Peace Ark.

Chinese forces include two helicopters, a commando unit and a diving unit, a total 1,100 personnel.

The exercises come at a time when tensions are high between Beijing and U.S. allies such as Japan
and the Philippines over China's pressing of territorial claims in the
South and East China Seas. They also come after a dispute with Vietnam
that led to one of the worst breakdowns in ties since they fought a
brief war in 1979.

Beyoncé Dropped A '50 Shades Of Grey' Teaser On Instagram Last Night - MTV

What happens when you combine two of the sexiest forces in the known
world? Looks like we’re about to find out. Taking a break from the staggering whirlwind of her and husband Jay Z‘s “On The Run” tour, Beyoncé posted a brief clip of a “50 Shades of Grey” teaser on her Instagram last night, simultaneously igniting the power of both the BeyHive and the explicit book’s rabid fanbase.

The book by E L James is racy enough that’s it’s already been pulled from library shelves, and as it is
Front Cover
converted into a film version, some experts wonder if is too steamy for an R rating and should be bumped up to NC-17.
But Bey doesn’t mind, and from the slowed down, breathy rendition of her signature “Crazy In Love” “uh-oh” it looks like the film might be using a version of the track in its soundtrack.

According to Beyoncé’s Instagram, the full trailer drops this
Thursday (July 24), so be on the lookout for that! It’s practically
guaranteed to be a #NSFW affair.

Some People Just Have No Shame

0904_fish_robin_launch

So remember that girl we talked about last week, "socialite" Lana Scolaro? The one whose bum Robin Thicke gave a thorough examination? Because she did this interview
where all she talked about was how they were making out after the VMAs
and how much he "loved" that she was "so young" (that's actually a gross
thing that she alleges he said, and isn't that gross?). She also asserts that his wife, Paula Patton, totally didn't even care
that they were supposedly all over each other. Classy, right? Amazing
what some people will do for a single iota of fame, you know?

These are some of the better bits:

“I
don’t think he cared what she thought. I was with him the whole night!
... His hands were everywhere. ... [Later] I went to the bathroom, and
when I came out he was standing there. He turned off the lights so no
one could see us, and he started making out with me. He was grabbing me.
He was like, ‘I want to get you into bed!’”

See? No shame. I mean, come on. Cheating happens every day, and while
it's not admirable or anything, the least this girl could do would be
to keep her trap shut. Robin does have a wife, and he does have a child,
too. Maybe Scolaro should go to the Paris Hilton School of Socialite Charm and take a lesson or six. ... Wait. Aw, hell, never mind.

To the publication, Paula's rep had this to say:

"It's just a girl looking for some attention. Paula and Robin aren't concerned."

Where in the World is Paula Patton?

Paula Patton and Robin Thicke have been going through a very public
divorce. However, it is all Robin out there singing about how he is
going to “Get Her Back”.  Paula hasn’t been photographed in public since
April.

April. That’s three months without a public sighting and four months
since her estranged husband Robin Thicke has seen her.  He said in a
radio station interview a few weeks ago:

“I haven’t seen her for four months. We’re cool. She’s the best girl
in the world, a great mother and still a good friend, but because we
just weren’t ever together anymore and I still had so much I wanted to
apologize for and things I wanted to take responsibility for, so that’s
pretty much what the album’s about. But I also want to wish her well and
let her know that she’s a great person and she deserves to have a good
life.”

FayesVision/WENN.comThicke’s recent album release “Paula” is a testament to his soon to
be ex-wife.  The lyrics lay it all on the line and talk about what
happens when you lose the love of your life. Thicke said:

“Sometimes it’s about her and sometimes I’m talking directly to her.”

If Thicke got his way, he’s make sure he and his high school
sweetheart got back together right away, but he recognizes that maybe a
year or two off will do the couple good.

“If you’ve been together that long, you kind of became adults
together instead of being adults and then meeting. Maybe a year or two
off, we’ll become our own people without each other and then it will be
meant to be.”

Thicke went on to say that the massive success of “Blurred Lines,
while exciting, might have been a factor in the disintegration of his
marriage. He admitted he had “a little too much fun” during that time
period.

“I changed, and I got a little too selfish, a little too greedy and
little too full of myself,” Thicke explained. At this point in our
relationship, the only reason we’re not together is because of the
choices I made…We’re apart because we just couldn’t be together anymore
for awhile. There are a hundred different reasons.”

Thicke admitted that Patton hasn’t listened to the full “Paula” album
yet as far as he knows.  He also took responsibility for mistakes he
made during his marriage.

“I’m a man. I messed up and I had to lie for a while, and then I
stopped lying,” he said. “That was actually good for me because I was
tired of lying. This whole album is me revealing everything.”

Thicke is no longer wearing his wedding ring.
