Media_http3bpblogspot_nerda

This Memphis-born mega star loves entertaining, his grandmother, (Sadie Bomar’s) Southern cooking, and hosting Sunday barbecues during football season. You just can’t take the Southern out of the STAR.
1 pound tortilla chips (or homemade potato chips)
Shredded barbecued pork, use as much or as little as you like
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup baked beans, drained
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup sour cream
1 bunch green onions, chopped
Sliced jalapenos, to taste or optional
Sweet pepper relish, optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place chips on large baking sheet and top with cheese, beans and BBQ sauce. Bake for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted; remove from oven and top with sour cream, jalapenos, sweet onion relish, and green onions. Suit your taste with mild or hot sauce, onions, no onions, etc.
