Days after winning the most awards at the 2011 BET Hip-Hop Awards, Chris Brown leads the nominations for the 2011 Soul Train Awards. Brown is nominated for five nods across 11 categories, one being Best Dance Performance in which he's up against ex-beau Rihanna. Breezy is nominated for "She Ain't You" as Rih Rih is nominated for "Only Girl in the World"/ "What's My Name."
Beyoncé goes up against her husband, Jay-Z, in the category for Album of the Year. Behind Brown is Bey' who is nominated with four nods for Best Female R&B/Soul Artist, Best Dance Performance, Record of the Year (The Ashford & Simpson Songwriter's Award) and Album of the Year. Beyoncé
The 2011 Soul Train Awards will be hosted by comedian and actor Cedric "The Entertainer" and features performances by Keith Sweat, Robin Thicke, Lloyd, Miguel, Jill Scott, Melanie Fiona and others.
The show will be taped on Nov. 17 in Atlanta and will air on Centric and BET ten days later, Nov. 27.
