The latest internet craze in South Korea is known as "gastronomic voyeurism" — watching people eat online — and one woman is making a killing from it.Park Seo-yeon — known as "The Diva" — cooks elaborate dishes and sets them in front of her webcam. Then she sits down and begins eating, broadcasting her meals over the Internet. People tune in to chat with her and send her virtual gifts that translate into cash. The people he’s suing consist of people who run the Facebook pages and other websites, which have been accused of “massive infringement and bootlegging of Prince’s material” that amount to “up to thousands of separate acts of infringement and bootlegging.”The plaintiff formerly known as Prince also alleges that the defendants — 2 of whom are named, with the rest remaining anonymous – ”constitute an interconnected network of bootleg distribution which is able to broadly disseminate unauthorised copies of Prince’s musical compositions and live performances”

It describes an “apparatus for selectively sintering a layer of powder to produce a part made from a plurality of sintered layers and the apparatus includes a computer controlling a laser to direct the laser energy onto the powder to produce a sintered mass.” This means anything that shoots a laser at powder could run afoul of this patent much asForm Labs bumped up against 3D Systems’ stereolithography patent.
