More details have emerged surrounding the shock death of troubled reality star Joey Kovar.
Law enforcement officers reportedly told TMZ that the 29-year-old most likely died from a combination of cocaine, alcohol and Viagra.
According to the website, the young star, who appeared on the Real World and Celebrity Rehab, visited his female friend Stacey Achterhof at her Chicago, Illinois house on Thursday night.

Under the effects of cocaine, he asked Achterhof where they could purchase some more.
Achterhof declined and instead asked Kovar to stay at her house.
She told TMZ that Kovar then took some Viagra, and the couple got intimate, but did not have sexual intercourse.
Drug abuse: Friends say that the star had also been abusing prescription drugs
Some time after, Achterhof fell asleep, and the next morning she says she discovered Kovar with blood coming out of his ears and nose before promptly calling the emergency services.
Law enforcement sources told TMZ that they suspected Kovar died of a brain aneurysm, and that his eyes were 'blackened', a common side effect of a drug overdose.
A good friend of Kovar's, Achterhof told police that in recent weeks she saw him take the prescription drugs Adderall and Xanax.
The reality star was prescribed the medication by a doctor, but friends told TMZ that he may have been abusing them.
Sad: Kovar was pronounced dead yesterday morning
Results of a toxicology result will take several weeks, but law enforcement sources believe the reality star would have died of a combination of Viagra, cocaine and alcohol.
Today an autopsy was undertaken and the results proved to be inconclusive.
The cause of death will now depend on the toxicology results.
A representative first revealed yesterday that Joey's lifeless body was discovered by his female friend, now identified as Achterhof, early in morning.
Despite authorities rushing to the scene, he was pronounced dead at her Chicago home.
The Illinois native, who found fame in 2008 on the MTV show, posted a series of motivational messages on his Twitter account just the day before.
He wrote: 'What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us... Fall seven times, stand up eight.

'Life is not about how fast you run or how high you climb but how well you bounce... Do not let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do.'
Earlier this month, he said: 'Take time to play! Ask for what you want. Laugh. Live loudly. Be avid. Learn a new thing. Be Yourself!'
Kovar publicly confronted his drug demons in 2009 on Celeb Rehab with Dr Drew, seeking help for cocaine and ecstasy abuse.
He featured on season three alongside Heidi Fleiss and Dennis Rodman.
Prior to venturing onto the small screen, the 5ft 9in star was a former bodybuilder and worked as a personal trainer.
He was also in a band for five years during which he played the drums, guitar and also sang.
A friend told RadarOnline that Joey's death came as a 'shock but not a surprise' after he had received suicidal texts from the reality star.
Former life: Joey was a Muscle Mary thanks to his time as a bodybuilder
Jared Degado, who works with MuscleWolf Productions and was preparing to film a reality show with Joey, revealed: 'Joey sent me some very suicidal text messages lately.
'I've been really worried that it was going to get the best of him and I had a feeling he was either going to commit suicide or that all the prescription medications he was on were going to make his body give out.'
Jared stressed that Joey was 'sober for some time', but due to anxiety he took prescription medication and also Adderall - used to treat ADHD.
He added: 'We would be in meetings and I would see him have an anxiety attack and he would take his meds for that and then he would start to get really lethargic. Then he would take the Adderall to perk up.
'When you mix Adderall and prescriptions it is really hard on your heart.'
Joey is survived by a three-year-old son and two-year-old daughter.
