Nike Air Vengeance
The problem with most running shoes is that they make you seem like you're about to audition for Spiderman on Broadway. They're complicated and all teched out. That's why I love these Nike Air Vengeances ($100), which I picked up the other day at Niketown NYC. The design couldn't be more simple and to-the-point. Originally a part of their 1985 Nike V Series, they're neutral gray with just a pop of red. They're also super lightweight and perfect for the gym. I'm not going to restrict them to just there though. I'll be pulling them off with a pale grey suit and white jeans at the office, because that's me.
